Saanen Hotels with Swimming Pools

Absolutely stunning place. The only downside was that I was here for a conference and despite touring the place, didn't get to try the pool, spa and the awesome infrastructure (bike, backpack and other equipment loan, guided walks, etc). The setting is absolutely stunning and everything from the cool lobby bar area to the awesome kids lounge is top notch. I'm making plans to come back with the family: summer or winter, it looks like the perfect place for a break.

A very special family-owned hotel with super-friendly staff. Where else do you find three different saunas plus a steam room, a gym, a swimming pool and all sorts of facilities for small children? But even with all that together with skiing (a few minutes walk from the lift), don't expect to lose weight. Breakfast is easily enough to take you beyond tea-time (free cakes) and then comes a multi-course dinner of delicacies delivered by Markus. Oh well, there's always next week to start dieting. My grandchildren are the 4th generation of the family to come to Saaanenmoser - my father started us off over 60 years ago - which says enough about this great place.

Amazing newly renovated and in best location in Gstaad! Great room and views! Staff were super friendly - Ivan and all in reception. Very helpful and made us and everything feel good.

They amaze you in every way. All of them smile with warm heart and you don't feel like going back. Location is perfect with serene river flowing at a walking distance. Rooms are spacious and neat, clean & well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The Food at ”Pizzeria” is delicious. It is 30 mins from Glacier 3000 and bus stop is 5 mins away. They provide free transfer both ways. What more we can ask for? Definitely will be going back again! Other Swiss hotels should learn from you.

This hotel is phenomenal. There are only 17 rooms/suites, so nothing is ever over crowded and the care and attention of the staff are unparalleled. They provide car service to everything, dinner, ski rentals, drop off and pick up at the various gondolas. Made it the easiest ski experience of our lives. The ski room also warms/dries your boots and gear, with a very nice area to put on boots, etc. Lise’s recommendations for dinner reservations were top notch. And the various pools, sauna, hot tubs and steam room were amazing. Will absolutely return. What a wonderful trip.

Le Grand Bellevue is a gracious and elegant hotel with a gorgeous backdrop of the surrounding mountain vista - a perfect place to experience the Swiss countryside in the picturesque Saanen area of the Bern canton. The hotel is well located right at the entrance to the main village street which is pedestrian only. Lovely restaurants and shopping boutiques! We stayed for 3 nights in September and absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was delightful and comfortable with a spacious, beautiful bathroom. Spectacular views can be enjoyed from any hotel in Gstaad, but the best feature of this hotel is definitely the staff, who were all so warm, friendly and professional and go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. A special commendation for the ever present and obliging concierge, Olivier, who is a multilingual phenomenon - always ready to help and made arrangements for dinner bookings, taxis, whatever we needed. Right from before our arrival, we were contacted by staff to ensure everything we needed for our stay could be anticipated and any prior arrangements made for us. We can't say how impressed we were with the top quality service, professionalism of the amazing staff at this 5-star, boutique hotel in Gstaad! We hope to return sometime. My recent visit to the Gstaad Palace was full of anticipation, looking forward to enjoying lunch while admiring the views. However, an unexpected incident overshadowed this pleasant moment. As I left the restaurant, I was confronted by a policeman, who claimed that the hotel had accused me of theft, based simply on my youthful appearance and single status. Shortly after the incident, I received a phone call and email from management expressing their sincere apologies. Their proactive approach in contacting me personally, acknowledging the mistake and expressing sincere remorse was both unexpected and much appreciated. Despite their apology, the experience was truly unpleasant. I appreciate their acknowledgement and their efforts to rectify the situation, but it's important to stress that it was a difficult situation to live through. I sincerely hope that such situations will be rare in the future, and that steps will be taken to avoid similar misunderstandings. However, knowing that the Gstaad Palace is committed to resolving problems with humility offers reassurance for future visits. In summary, my experience at Gstaad Palace was not defined solely by the incident, but rather by the care and dedication shown by management in its aftermath.
