Didn’t realize the hotel itself was only 3 days old. It makes sense, there was some confusion during our stay. Trying to find parking, I asked one of the valet where to park and he pointed but it wasn’t explained well, after driving around we ended up having to use valet since there was no other option. At check in they had mentioned a daily free beverage at 5pm, also didn’t really explain the situation. We came down stairs a few minutes late and didn’t see what they were talking about. I had to ask the lady who told us about it at the front desk, she walked us over to the bartender and she told them to make us the free cocktail. After the bartender made our drink she told us we had missed the 5 pm service. Even though we were only a few minutes behind. The room itself was tiny but the bed and pillows were so comfortable!!! Best ever, I’ll be dreaming about those pillows. The bathroom was quite ridiculous. It looked cool, but there is no privacy, you can see through the walls when someone is in there using it. Lastly, the location of this hotel was great, next to the Sacramento Kings Arena, and a lots of restaurants/ bars near by. So that also means it was a bit noisy outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that these hiccups will be straightened out over time as they had just opened.

I would have done 5 stars if the parking wasn’t a hot mess! We checked in and they casually told us “park anywhere outside”. Um three blocks away was not it! Hotel however, perfect!

Everything on my hotel stay was good, except for being overcharge in valet parking. Their booth says $45 for each day you stay but when the bill comes they over charged to $55 for each day your vehicle stays there. And still tried to charge an additional $10 upon leaving after i already paid the bill which states how many days or nights before processing. They overcharged me $20 and still didn't reimbursed me for the for incident. So its false advertising on the pricing on valet parking. In my opinion i would not choose them again.

Amazing hotel! Clean, modern, all the bells and whistles. The City of Sacramento feels a bit unsafe however…
