The hotel was horrible for the price I paid, Service was horrible, no iron or ironing board, not blow dryer. I will never stay here again.

Very nice and accessible we enjoyed our stay. Lady at front desk was very nice as well.

The surrounding area of this hotel was nice however I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We decided to stay here for a family trip but the hotel was not very clean. Stepped into the shower and found several strands of hair. Poor amenities and a very small hotel gym. The only plus of this hotel was the airport shuttle

excellent experience

The experience was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. Ice machine didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem because of the fridge keeping drinks cool. The laundry washers worked so well. The Jacuzzi was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this place and I wish they let me stay another night. I reserved a king room but some reason arrived to a downgrade and a discount room. They saved me some money. Well appreciated.

Experience was good overall. We stated there would be 5 travelers but no bedding was provided for the 5th traveler. I had to go down and request it.

Our arrival was underwhelming. The lobby is very white and sterile. The check in desk still has plexiglass and PVC divider that looks as though it was built quickly in 2020 and never took down and upgraded. A canister of Lysol wipes was behind the glass. Overall it felt like a hospital. The hall carpets need to be vacuumed. Our room was clean but the mattress was sunken in the middle and needs replacement. Although we didn’t use it the pool area looks nice.

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel was perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. Definitely a great place to stay.

I really liked my room. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great and the check-in process was smooth.

Holiday Inn Express met all our needs for a brief stay. There was even breakfast available before we took the shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am.

The hotel was okay but I requested maintenance due to a sink issue but they said the maintenance had left for the day and I had to get creative. The breakfast was nice and the food service individuals were very friendly. Overall it was fine but I'm not sure I'll book here again.

The rooms were nice and clean. Upon arrival to hotel, the lobby was clean but the elevator was not. I was concerned that the rooms would not be clean after seeing the elevator but thankfully the rooms were good.

Good location, convenient to airport, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and well equipped rooms, good free breakfast.

I have stayed twice and both times the front desk staff was rude. Same person.
