It was lack luster for a Marriott .. I wanted to stay another night but the hotel didn’t have the stay another night desire . Not the Marriotts I’m use to .

My child and I stayed in TownePlace for one night. Our studio was on 4th floor. The room was quiet and clean with amazing view. The furniture was a great quality. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The hotel provides a hot free breakfast for all guests and safety parking ($10 fee). As a result, we book this hotel again for 2 nights in May, 2024. Thank you tp owner of this hotel that they help us to relax and enjoy our trip in Sacramento.

This is an excellent hotel. Spacious room, comfy beds, very clean. I couldn’t ask for more in the room. The breakfast was good as well with great strong coffee. My only nitpicks are the other guest noise, construction noise and the lack of handicap parking spots.

The hotel is far from downtown so it is not the perfect place if you want to walk around it. There is no restaurant around it. We had to use an app to ask for food. It offers paid parking ( I don't remember the price). The room is ok, as well the bathroom. The hotel is big. It is kind of easy to get lost in the corridors. The breakfast is simple but it was ok for us.
