Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento South Natomas

I tried to cancel a few hours after I paid as I was not needing to testify in Sacramento at a criminal trial. The hotel says that I had to work with Trip, and Trip says that the Hotel cannot cancel it. Now I have eaten the amount of the stay where I did not stay. Note sure I will ever use Trip again. What a fraud.

This hotel was clean, well appointed, and we received great service. The location of this hotel is in the suburbs, but it is still quite convenient. It is just off the highway, and depending on traffic is about 7-10 minutes to downtown, and 5-10 minutes to large shopping areas. The surroundings are other hotels or business buildings, so the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel was very clean and feels almost new. Service was excellent. Lots of smiles. Really great bartenders as well! Facilities are very comprehensive. We were able to do all of our laundry, and the machines were new and only 1.00 per load. The swimming pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The lobby, bar and restaurant area, and the outdoor patio were all spacious and clean. One thing you should note is that breakfast is NOT free. There is a $10 cost for the continental breakfast, and then there are ala carte options like omelets for between $15-20 each.

Great experience

Wonderful experience. The bed was comfortable and the staff are wonderful and kind. This place is cozy. Dulce C at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. ALSO shoutout to Carlito and the kitchen staff for their amazing hospitality and delicious breakfast

We had a great experience - family with 2 young kids. Connecting rooms. Packnplay provided. Warm pool and a nice hot, hot tub. Very clean. Great staff. Highly recommended.

Had to find a hotel last minute for business in Sacramento and chose the Hilton Garden Inn for the price. Got into town early and was hoping the hotel would have an early check in available for me which is often denied due to capacity Well, Miss Shiela at the front desk was AMAZING and was happy to get me checked in early! My anxiety instantly disappeared and I took a much needed nap by the pool. My room was up to date on all the amenities and bed was super comfy. The waiting area is modern and snack shop and restaurant has everything needed. The pool is perfect. The hot tub was hot! Will definitely come back and stay again when in Sacramento. Thank you Shiela for the most perfect hospitality!

Shelia at the front desk was absolutely amazing and made our stay that much better. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we felt welcomed. Her personality is incredible, friendly, genuine, and hilarious with a great sense of humor that instantly made us feel comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enjoys helping people the way Shelia does. She turned what could have been a normal hotel experience into a memorable one. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her representing them. Thank you again, Shelia, for your outstanding service and positive energy!
