One of the beds had not been changed from the last people staying in our room. Took pictures of used tissues between the sheets. . . . they were unable to send housekeeping because of the latest of the day, but we were delivered sheets for us to change. We decided to sleep on top of the beding. Poor service with TV, requested several times to have it repaired, did not happen. On Sunday evening, we were locked out of our room because they said we were suppose to be out on Sunday a.m. We had extended our stay until a Monday checkout through a third party, but they had no record of it. Management took notes, etc., but I don't expect to hear from them. .. got the feeling that they don't really care.

Horrible experience. First, the room we checked into had dirty underwear tucked under the mattress. They transferred us to a different room and this one had dirty cups on the desk, tons of hair on the sink and the hand soap had been used. We got transferred to another room and this one had a broken wand so we couldn’t open the curtains. Lastly, we were denied a late check out. Andrea, the front desk girl, was super rude about it. She wouldn’t allow me to talk to a supervisor regarding my request. Never staying here again.

A/C didn’t blow cold air. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. Breakfast that I paid extra for was below par definitely not work the extra charge.

None of the ice machines worked. The coffee in the room was never replaced. The phone in the room cord was torn. I was allowed music going till midnight every night.

Lady wouldn’t let us check in. Took forever to finally check us in. Didn’t explain how to get to room at all. Bed hurt my back. Shower pressure was hell on earth. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Dudes didn’t even have a microwave like alright bro what are we doing ?
