Overall I should say my stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and friendly. Quick and easy check in process. One thing I should say though is that the rooms are a little bit outdated comparing to other places I have stayed at but that’s nothing too major, overall. Another thing is, most hotels provide with shampoos, hair conditioners as well as body wash, however in my room I didn’t get a body wash, I’m not exactly sure if it’s always like that or they just forgot to include the body wash in my room. That and a little bit outdated room style is the reason why I didn’t put all 5 stars but in general I enjoyed my stay here. A very nice and clean hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was as described online- clean and comfortable. Towels were large and soft. My only negative was that the room didn't have a microwave, as described online. Not a huge deal for a one night stay, but it would've been nice to be able to heat water for a cup of tea or make some instant oa**eal if you missed the breakfast buffet time in the morning. We got to the breakfast as they were closing up, but was able to get some juice and cereal. Not sure what else was offered.

Third time we’ve stayed here. Indoor pool & hot tub are nice in cold weather and feel great after skiing. Great staff. Nice breakfast.
