Don't fix anything. Don't have a luggage cart for a 4 story hotel. Have gates that lock even the guest out and u have to go all the way around front of building to get in. I don't see how it's legal to charge $150 deposit cuz if something gets broke and they keep your deposit that don't use the money to replace it!

Ok hotel but have a ridiculous deposit! $150 I don't see why hotels are allowed to charge a deposit when they don't even fix or replace the things that get broken! They just pocket the money.

Staff is rude and annoyed she had to check me in, room and building was dated and not that clean, bedspread in my non-smoking room and burn holes in it, several holes
