I booked a king bed room with couch but there was no couch. The tv remote was busted in two and didn’t work. The pictures in the wall had broken glass. There was a terrible smell in room. The kitchen counter and bathroom counter had a wax like substance splattered all over it. The kitchen cabinet door was broken and didn’t close all the way. They didn’t provide any shampoo or soap. There were no kitchen utensils or plates or cups.

It's not a hotel it's more or less an apartment complex. Families
living permanently. Entire Room smells of smoke can not even breathe.

First, the service at the front desk was awful. There were at least two people talking in a room behind the front desk and they let me stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes because one woman said she was on break. When I finally got checked into my room, it was on the second floor. The handles on the staircase were held on with duct tape. The concrete stairs were badly cracked and unsafe. When I opened the door to the hotel room, it stunk and when I walked through it I found cigarette ashes on the counter in the bathroom. When I refused the room they couldn't even print a confirmation of the cancelation because they said they didn't have a printer that worked! I didn't stick around long enough to take pictures to add to this post.

The price was great but the rooms need to be cleaned better, old trash was left in our room. Dusty bedside lamps, and dirty counter top.

They did not have a room for me and told me all they can do is give me a refund! Why would you let me reserve in advance if I don’t have a room reserved for me? Makes no sense I’m also disappointed in Travelocity!

Paid extra for free breakfast what breakfast
I had to go to store and by cleaning supplies pots and pans for my room as well as clean it this was my only options and with in my vudget

I called ahead to say I would be very late ; after 9pm for sure . They said no problem we are open 24 hrs . I came at 10:30 ish ..
She said my reservation was in the computer but they were out of rooms.
She said there were rooms but they hadn't cleaned them yet . And she complained that ******* always overbooks I will NEVER go to Natomas ES . They sent me to the West Sac Ext Stay one which turned out wonderful .
