there was a couple fighting the room next to us Saturday morning… it was scary we got everything and left asap! The whole hotel was sketchy , felt unwelcomed and people actually live there and probably do some type of movement (if you know that I mean)

Feel like being scammed stay here! I booked a 7 night stay. They charged me for 6... Taxes and fees are almost exactly one nights stay so I didn't notice. Lucky I was talking to them about extending my stay and find out that they will charge me a new much higher rate for the day I have already booked... If I don't get out. I show them my booking. Nope don't care. That price is gone I should have made them bill me correctly. I think they are scamming people or something. The lady at the front desk they only thing she cares less about than her phone which she seems in pain reading... Is helping any customer. Don't stay here. It is a deceptive pit.

Let me start by saying, each and every time you leave your room you will need to get a new key. And if your lucky, you may only need to go back down to the front desk once or twice. However, if you are disabled, DO NOT Expect to be treated any differently. Especially if the disability is a mobility issue. If i had to give a percentage on how many times my key did not work, I would have to say 90%. First i was on the first floor way down 2 very long hallways. Then i was moved to the 4th floor. Which, again, my key only worked 10% of the time. Very inconvienient for a disabled woman.

I had a problem involving a Priceline reservation. The staff, especially the owner, were very willing to help me get it worked out. For the price of the room I thought the breakfast was very good. It is a perfect location for people travelling between the mountains and the bay.
