The hotel itself idle fine and there were no issues with the actual room, but I was charged for valet parking and I never parked a car with the hotel or had any conversations with anyone about parking my car.

I stayed for two nights in a very comfortable and charming one bedroom, nicely lit but quiet even with the street down below. The bathroom was very clean and bright, lovely views out the windows. On the last night I finally went down to the Grange for dinner - excellent! The citrus salad and halibut were outstanding. Red wine blend was lovely. Best of all was the friendly and welcoming service from Tim. Thanks for making the experience, Tim!

Ok hotel. First room we had, the carpet was wet. We moved to another room, not too much empathy on the inconvenience. They didn’t give us all the vip info from *******, I had to ask. The coffee was empty Sunday morning, but the person did offer to get some. Again, they had some opportunities to provide good service and just didn’t recognize them. Not a bad place at all, but underwhelmed considering price and how they market themselves. Location is the primary reason to stay here if you are going to events at the arena.

Convenient location. Easy walk to the arena and.
Couple of blocks away from restaurants and bars.
The property was noisy. The grill of the AC keep vibrating and the other guest keep talking loud outside the room.
Nice restaurant and BAR.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and organized. There was toilet paper in the toilet upon our arrival, but that didn't ruin our stay. We just flushed it!
