The room was dirty and smelly. Found a chik fila cup in my freezer from a previous guest. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was a poop stain on the back of seat. The swimming pool was green. The breakfast was terrible, we got to the lobby at 9:10 for breakfast on a Sunday and nothing was restocked. The spot for bagels and muffins was empty. 3 pieces of toast left empty hot tray of who knows what very disappointed!! Had to ask for a fork and knife set as they were empty too! Do not stay here.

We arrived late one night for a two night stay but ended up switching hotels. There was no hot water and we went to the front desk person who told us they would “restart” the boiler. Still no hot water and the next morning, we checked again and the front desk staff said they were getting a new boiler but the engineer wasn’t available for another day. No apologies, no sympathy, just statements. On top of that, there were ants all over the kitchenette. The staff said we could switch rooms but all bottom floors might have ants. Most card readers outside of the buildings were damaged, ans inoperable so anyone could access each building.

I booked a room here for my family to use for 5 days. During those 5 days my family had no hot water and had to come to our house to shower. My family called the front desk everyday and they kept saying it was fixed when it wasn't. The only solution they gave them was to switch rooms the day they were leaving. Since January I have been on and off the phone with Marriott trying to get this resolved while the hotel says they fix the hot water. The hot water was never fixed. Through Marriott the general manager was supposed to reach out to me never happened. I've called the hotel multiple times to speak to the general manager have never received a call back. I personally stayed here multiple times over the years and never had a problem. The fact that now I have a problem and I'm trying to get my points back because the stay was horrendous is ridiculous. It is unsanitary and unsafe not to have hot water. I have always used Marriott when I travel and this has me seriously thinking about never using them again. Update: after speaking to the general manager she said that because they offered to move them the day they were leaving that there was nothing she could do. She did acknowledge that they didn't have hot water. But there is still nothing she can do because they offered to move rooms on the day of checkout.

I was very dissatisfied with this property. I generally travel at least one time per month
Rooms were unsafe toilets were low and there were no grab bars. Grab bars in shower were not ADA COMPLIANT There was only 1 bar in shower which made it exceedingly difficult and unsafe Toilet tissue was not available. There were no cleaning services so the garbage is not removed additional garbage bags were not available. When I called the desk, they told me that they don’t clean rooms unless it’s a stay is more than five days and then I could obtain the garbage bags if I came to the office which was in another building. We are 77 and 80 years old respectively, I am disabled, and I was never informed that I had to go to a different building to obtain services and that the rooms would not be cleaned or at least trash removed. This property needs a great deal of improvement and I’m disappointed that I spent over 700 for this stay.

Shower did not have hot water and sold knowing that problem. No attempt to fix problem. The front desk was called four times and no effort was made to fix the problem or relocate. I would not recommend. The problem was made worse because it was very cold

The staff was just doing what they had to, no extra. The facility is a bit dirty and very old, not desirable for me to stay again.
