this pub/hotel is situated in a beautiful spot near Delph; there are easy to reach walks amidst the beautiful surrounding hills. Oldham is close and a bus stop is just few minutes away from the hotel. There is a light breakfast at no extra cost included in the room price.

Had our wedding here and the location cannot be beat. Spectacular views, lovely staff and a clean and comfortable hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is plentiful and the facility is perfect for hosting any gathering or event. From concept to the final event they can help every step of the way.

Fabulous location with stunning views from room, friendly welcoming hosts. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable facilities and property full of character. Would definitely return without hesitation.

Stayed New Year’s Eve and even on New Years Day they were serving breakfast. Inclusive light breakfast of cereal and toast and tea/coffee and you could upgrade to full breakfast.
Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff.
Would stay again.

We had a family meal in the private dining room to celebrate a special birthday, with 9 adults and 4 children, and it was just first class from start to finish. The staff are exceptional, efficient friendly and attend to your every need. The food was of a very high standard and although a large party it was served piping hot. Just a superb family meal Highly recommend
