Nedslidt hotel, snavset og misligeholdt. Sauna virkede ikke, pool iskold, snavset omklædningsrum og gange, håndklædevarmer virkede ikke. Fraværende personale, ikke engang et nik når nøglekortet afleveres. Ekstrem langsom og upersonlig betjening ved indkvartering. Vender aldrig tilbage dertil.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast but the pool was for sure not heated, think it had been warmer to go outside in the snow. Very cold pool.

Helt ok. Varmt i rummet och bygge på baksidan så vill man sova längre än kl 07 så välj annat rum. Rent, bra restaurang och bra frukost.

Great stay at First hotel in Säffle- when visiting family. This was during an bankholiday so the hotel was more without staff than normal. Friendly staff at check in. Room was spacious and clean. Good bed.
Breakfast was very good with a mix of cold and warm courses. The bar was open on friday but closed on saturday. Minimal staffing during sunday checkout but this worked fine. We'll be back.
