The buffet options were heavenly. Very good customer service as well. The landscaping is very beautiful and photogenic. The facilities are family friendly and there are many fun filled activities to conduct. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!

The cottages are excellent. They are clean and execusite. The environment is fresh and green. The staff are very welcoming and caring! I would highly recommend it to people travelling around this area or those looking for a holiday within Kenya's central highlands.

The staff were very hospitable. Meals were delicious. Management took time to eplain the safety issues. In summary it was great experience. Bezt i will come to enjoy water rafting, gym and other facilities be offered by the hotel. I trust the management will continue making it a place to visit.

The Garden Area of my God. Your green carpet makes it look like you are in heaven though I haven't visited heaven before. Your service personnel are very welcoming and friendly. What about your food. Am going to steal one of your chefs to be my personal chef.

Thanks for the excellent service,from the time we got in ,we were well received and guided.Susan is my best waitress! She is very efficient! The ambience is excellent! Akumu is also the best manager! I will surely recommend Nokras to family and friends.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel space and services are awesome. I would to specially recognize the good hospitality of Suzy Njau. She was such an awesome waiter. She served us with lots of kindness and a smiling face. The foods and beverage manager mr. Akumu was also very awesome. Always checking on how comfortable we are. Am definitely coming back with family and more friends.
