The hotel's service staff is very patient, and the grandfather who picks up the service is also very nice. Send us to the test center every day, get hot in advance, and we are all warm.

My stay was great the room was perfect

The room I was in 110 had a roach in it, yuck I checked out and told the front desk immediately, she said she'd let the manager know

First I:AM returning to Tripadviso it has been early 02/2020 since I review any place. so I check in here with my family for our 30th years of marriage together.It came as no surprise to wife for the last 15 yrs hotels motels the last yrs its been A holiday inn someplace .Wife woke me 3 am to tell me out 5 this is number 2 lets come back in winter .When the New Owners are here after the (transgression) their planing on 76% remolding The new shower curtains there call 1 3\4 its all together 3\4 is for the water splash inside tub. the one for out side after showering 95% water in tub.people were great from desk check in house keeping ect.it si close to everything mall highway 2 an 3 roads of highway restaurants a lot of choices theaters ect,ect.New Owners just Days away from the official take over.. I Told Wife the mattress some of them must go the parking lot need atouch up lines repainted some things an with the New covet-19 work to be add to there list right now it is worth a few visits a year I'LL be checking in around NOVEMBER AN JANUARY 2021 As most you know I Always re-visit 2 times very one I review Gregory Marshall

It was good experience nice and clean.

Good: Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean room. Cozy. Good hot shower. Location within numerous good restaurants. Breakfast + : nice waffles, yogurt, bananas, muffins, orange juice. Not good: swimming pool was not operational, very sad! (and it was not mentioned on booking platforms). Breakfast - : cold eggs, terrible sausage, no vegetables, other kinds of juice than orange. If the swimming pool worked and breakfast didn't have those negative things I mentioned, the place would've been perfect.

We've stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months on visits to Saginaw, and every time our stay has been pleasant. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is great, the hotel is close to the highway and surrounded by any kind of shopping you can imagine. The pool has been closed due to Covid, but I did use the exercise room on our last visit and the equipment was clean and fresh towels were provided.
