Terrible hotel!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
It's a total rip-off!!! I don't know how this hotel got 5 stars!!
My family's vacation was ruined. I had to eat out despite my all-inclusive package because the hotel was so crowded!!! Endless queues for a simple coffee or a slice of pizza! The food was awful!! The hotel was filthy, and so were the pools!! Hair and plastic cups in the pool water!!!!
I intend to file a complaint with the Radisson group!!

Terrible hotel, got stuck in the elevator after an hour and only got out. Reception is not very helpful. Wanted to have a drink in the evening, everything was closed in the hotel. Bad service . Guys from Security, sweet and nice guys. I will never come back here again.

Останавливались на 4 ночи в представительском номере с видом на море. Приехали около 21:00 на check-in. Первое впечатление было очень неприятным. О номере: очень уставший в плане ремонта, сантехника ржавая, не работал слив в ванной, стены в ванной в засохших комарах, запах сырости, грязные швы на плитке, много пыли и плохо помыты полы. В номере отсутствовали: халаты, тапочки, информация о вай-фай, расписании завтраков и ужинов, чайник, чашки, кофемашина, бумажные салфетки (короб пуст). Зачем-то был разложен и заправлен диван под спальное место. Реакция рецепции ужасна: ничего из перечисленного в номер так и не принесли на протяжении всего пребывания, не смотря на обещание. Слив в ванной смогли починить только к 12 ночи, после 3 походов к менеджеру. Персонал на ресепшене только обещает и улыбается, но ничего не предпринимает. Мало кто из персонала может говорить на английском и никто не говорит по-испански. Из положительного - красивая и большая территория, приватный тихий бассейн с баром, хаммам и массаж тоже понравились. Мы были сразу после праздника Курбан-байрам и отель был полон, поэтому на завтрак и ужин приходилось приходить к 7 часам, иначе ничего не оставалось, были огромные очереди. Цена/качество не обоснованно, в Марокко множество прекрасных отелей меньшей звездности, но с отличным сервисом и удобствами. Это совсем не 5 звезд как заявлено, максимум 3.

i had amazing stay at radisson blu beach saidia with my family i will to thanks all team entertainment because they making a lot of fun and energy and hapinness with all guedt special mention for HAKIM the entertainer who playing good pingpong and bamboos the best experience for me without forget good restaurant and best service thank u radisson

The location was very nice everything great the staff and the animation team the Atmosphere the rooms and the cleaning staff and I would like to thanks Mr. Hakim the entertainer he was very friendly and also Dounia from the reception and Mr Mounir the Guest relations manager
