St Albans City Centre

The room was clean and well presented . Check in was made more difficult as the screen did not work for both ourselves and others which meant waiting for a receptionist to man the desk. She was polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. Parking was limited and we paid for parking on a nearby street . This turned out to be cheeped than the multi story car park even when the discount was applied Overall we were pleased with our two night stay in St Albans. This was the fourth forth hotel we stayed at and was certainly the best of the bunch

Fairly fresh blood stain on carpet and room situated right next to extremely loud nightclub. Also charged £132 just fot room (i.e. no breakfast) as a Saturday during Bank Holiday Weekend.

I found it a little difficult to find the hotels location, as I arrived to the hotel I was met upon a young boy called Nibz. He made me feel like home and helped me with all my luggage to take to the room without me asking. He has a very extroverted personality and is a brilliant aspect to the company.

Came for a short weekend break, after a small hiccup with the room, kitty, mabs and Callum went above and beyond to rectify, the staff and service was excellent, public car park at the end of the street, note for the hotel did try to book the early check in but couldn't get through after 2 days of trying about 5 times, hey ho wouldn't stop us from returning!

We stayed at the hotel at the end of April, and were not disappointed. The room was exactly as we would expect, and the staff really made the extra effort to make it a visit to remember. Special thanks to Callum and Nabs who were so welcoming. We have already booked again !!

Callum Paul and Nabz truly made my stay the trip of a life time. Incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly. Overall a clean and pleasant stay!!! I highly recommend this hidden gem in st albans if you should ever need a place to stay!!! Will come back

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel ,such a wonderful experience from check in to check out ! Tara on reception was super friendly and helpful and took time with us at check in and also at the bar,it's so great when hotel staff are like Tara !she is a credit to Premier inn !our room on 2nd floor was lovely with huge floor to ceiling window ,spacious and all the amenities to hand ,mini bar ,hairdryer station with lights etc also a bath which was a very welcome sight ! also room was nice and quiet ..breakfast too was fab with lots of choice ..our only slight gripe would be the toilet lid is not a soft close which surprised us but hey this would not put us off staying again we will definitely come back .

Was such a lovely experience, from walking in to check from walking out the checkout. The staff are incredible, big shoutout to Yasmine and Callum, thank you for our box of chocolates! The room was immaculate, bed was comfy and pillows were soft. Nice sized room. Breakfast was great had a nice variation of buffet and continental for a great price. Would definitely come here again.
