Déjà commençons par le cadre c'est un bel établissement entouré des montagnes. Nous avons eu une arrivée accueillante et chaleureuse. La vue de notre chambre était grandiose. Le lit spacieux et confortable. La chambre dispose de tous les nécessaires même le mini bar est équipé de boissons offerte. La piscine dans un jardin mériterait d'être un peu plus chauffée. Une très bonne table avec un personnel au petit soin et très réactif à nos besoins . Certes le prix peut sembler un peu élevé mais on paie la qualité des produits. En gros nous avons passé un agréable week-end avec la mention spéciale pour tout le personnel.

Parfait pour la déconnexion, le cadre et splendide , le personnel vraiment agréable la piscine avec sa vu est incroyable . Un hôtel avec un potentiel dingue mais certaine chose pourrait être amélioré - le restaurant trop d attente -la saveur des plats moyenne Dommage qu'on ne peut pas prendre le déjeuné sur la pelouse. -la terasse de la chambre n est pas protégé de la pluie et des regards depuis l étage. - aucun jeux de société ou salle de jeux dans l hôtel... Autrement nous avons passer un tres agréable et merci pour le sourire

Très bel emplacement pour randonner dans le cirque et partir vers Mafate. Accueil excellent Le personnel est très disponible et agréable ! Belles chambres Belle piscine Le restaurant est bon même si on peut regretter le peu de spécialités locales. Bon petit déjeuner.

Room very good. Very beautiful view. Good welcome with attentive staff. Breakfast very good. Very good restaurant but very very expensive. The customer is taken hostage because there is no other choice around than going to the restaurant without knowing what to expect before seeing the menu and the prices. The pool could do with being a little warmer…

The view from the heated swimming pool is magnificent and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. This hotel is ideal for recharging your batteries after a hike in Mafate! I recommend this hotel.

Double stay at the Sarana, first in a deluxe room then in a junior suite: in both cases, delighted with the stay. The setting is absolutely exceptional in the heart of the Salazie cirque, in total calm. The service is pleasant from reception to departure: we hiked in Mafate between our two rooms, no problem storing our luggage. Quality buffet breakfast, hotel restaurant also of good standard, spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent address for visiting Salazie.

This was our 4th stay at Sarana, a very beautiful establishment nestled in the heart of Mare à Vieille Place in Salazie. : bistronomic restaurant, lounge bar, heated swimming pool, spa and different categories of rooms among which you will undoubtedly find what you are looking for. Looking forward to coming back perhaps in 2 weeks with friends who want to discover the hotel! Points for improvement: - put the Creole dish back as a suggestion at dinner (its removal is, in my opinion, a pure error) - change the orange juice for breakfast (today's differed from previous times and was particularly tangy with a surprising color) - say hello 😉 when a hotel guest greets the CEO
