Everything went well. The managers reached out in advance. They set up the airport transfer for us. All the amenities were in good order and the Country Store made it easy to grab breakfast items. The manager was especially helpful. Ocho Rios is a nice city. This is worth a longer stay.

The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa.

They wee very un reliable, booked through *******, when we got there, they were two families who were there like us,didn't have anywhere to stay they were greedy to booked and take our money, but no place for us to stay I will not recommend you go thee when you go to Jamaica

The property manager was impossible to reach on site, was rude and cancelled my confirmed reservation and left me stranded outside of the resort without any place to go in Jamaica (know to be unsafe). Paid for confirmed reservation and was denied access to the resort with no relocation alternative in an unsafe place. No one should experience this. This resort should not be affiliated with a well know establishment like cheaptickets.com. The property manager rudly cursed the cheaptickets representative when they tried to relocate me and denied me access anyway, the property manager rebooked my room to someone else and left me stranded.

Check in process was horrible. We had booked this property through Orbitz. When we reached there, we were turned away by the guard stating that they had NO RECORD of this reservation. I could not speak with any manager. No one was available to sort this out. As required, i had communicated with the property ＞ 72 hours in advance. Just imaging being stranded on the road in the dark with your family a few days before new years and no place to check in….HORRIBLE Experience. I had to book another hotel for my stay. NOT RECOMMENDED. I was also told that there was another family already at the premises.
