We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of ********** customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. ********** was nice enough to give us a voucher for our trouble of finding a place to stay that night.
The next morning we texted and tried to call the owner to confirm arrival bit he ignored us again. When we arrived the guard again said we couldn’t go in and that someone was staying there.
At this point we realized we were never going to get in the place and had to fend for ourselves. I would caution others to think twice about booking with this owner.
