Great location for the area, easy to access, clean rooms. We had a suite style with a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed in the bedroom was okay, but the pull out couch was miserable to sleep on. As others have mentioned, the construction is more like a house than a typical commercial facility - you can hear people walking above you very well, no sound insulation to speak of, etc. Breakfast was simple and on par with a typical free breakfast in a business hotel. The water has a lot of iron (I think) in it, so it is brown out of the tap. We used bottled water during our stay. There is a grocery store, gas station and Tim Horton's relatively close by car but everything closes at 5 PM, so plan accordingly. I would stay here again when visiting the area.
