The beds were comfy, room spacious, breakfast good.
This place could be made very special with some extra TLC.

The hotel was very quiet on arrival but became busier as the week went on. The staff were very helpful.
The hotel was clean and tidy, the room very comfortable with everything you could need.
The only slight negative was the limited choice at the bar and the prices for drinks were very high. Probably for that reason the hotel public areas were always very quiet.

We stayed in front room facing road the traffic noise at night was terrible we had hardly any sleep. The beds were not comfortable needs new mattresses . Overall staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good . Understand traffic beyond hotel control but double glazing would help.

Hotel seemed very dated and in need of TLC. Gave the atmosphere of things being skimped. No welcome pack,no attempt to promote offers of restaurant bar or facilities offered in Spa. Breakfast offer was a bit hit and miss and bar hours were flexible with out prior warning ie closing 10.30 pm. Staff in general were not very interactive. General standards of cleanliness left something to be desired.

Myself and husband came with our granddaughter for a 3 night stay, can’t fault the hotel from start to finish. The staff were great and the breakfast and the food in the evening was great (a good choice , there was something for everyones taste)Our bedroom was a great size ( our granddaughter would have been happy to chill in the bedroom and loved the bath)

We booked for bed only, when we arrived we were informed we had paid for bed and breakfast via *******. We only wanted yo pay for bed as we were meeting our family for a birthdsy breakfast st their hotel.

I've stayed here last year and the rooms are a very good size, comfy bed, two comfy chairs in the room with a desk. The shower was brilliant, above the bath in this room but for me that was ok. My view was of the car park and the fields beyond the road. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. I was the first one there for breakfast and the service was great, the young girl who served me was very polite and helpful. Lovely gluten free breakfast.
