Hotel agréable. Literie très confortable. Chambre vue lac au rez-de-chaussée qui donne plutôt une vue parking avec le lac derrière, vue par une fenêtre. La terrasse donnait sur l'entrée de l'hôtel. Aux dires de la réception, les étages sont des appartements et non des chambres. Spa décevant, le petit jacuzzi est toujours en panne et les petites cabines sauna et hammam ne donnent pas envie. A revoir. Dîner correct, ainsi que le petit déjeuner offrant un choix limité. Personnel sympathique.

Joli hôtel avec un accueil irréprochable la soirée du nouvel an. Literie confortable, chambre bien décorée. Machine à café et eau en bouteille à disposition. La chambre est insonorisée. Il y a un SPA et une salle de sport. Le séjour était court mais c’était une jolie découverte. C’est près du lac et facile d’accès.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. There is a touch-sensor in the room to operate the lights and the metal screens. It works some of the time. Other than this poorly-engineered concept of room ambience, we really loved our experience at the hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Hafen respektive Neuenburgersee. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Sie bieten einen guten Komfort, bei gutem Ambiente. Es stehen Bademäntel und Schlappen für den kostenlosen SPA-Bereich zur Verfügung (nur beim BAR-Tarif). Im Spa gibt es jeweils 2 Saunen, 2 Dampfbäder und ein Whirlpool, jeweils für ca. 2 Personen. Das Hotelrestaurant war gut ausgebucht (Reservation empfohlen). Der Service war zuvorkommend. Die Karte sehr überschaubar und leider nur auf Französisch. Die Zierkürbisse als Teil der Tischdeko hatten wohl zu warm, weshalb sie sich langsam zersetzten. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene sehr angemessen.

Das Restaurant ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Rotwein nachdem Apero wird einfach in die leeren Weissweingläser gelehrt. Entrecôte ist ungeniessbar zäh. Nach der Reklamation wird es zurück in die Küche genommen, aufgeschnitten und nochmals serviert. Wenn man an der Bar etwas trinken möchte, muss man den Kellner fragen ob man seinen Frieden störe wenn man eine Bestellung aufgeben möchte. NIE WIEDER
