Chambre vieillotte, salle de bain déprimante. 1 prise électrique pour toute la chambre et loin du lit.
Restaurant : prix prohibitifs 6€50 pour une quiche industrielle, même tarif pour le flan tout aussi industriel et le plat servi comme a la cantine...
Petit déjeuner correct.

Ne voulant pas rester sur une mauvaise impression après un passage '' mitigé '' l 'année dernière (propreté et accueil ) , je me suis contrainte suite à une obligation professionnelle avec mon mari à y revenir... Et là... Quelle -bonne- surprise à l'accueil ! Accueil chaleureux et aimable avec un jeune homme à l'écoute, prêt à vous rendre service comme par exemple vous accompagner à la chambre . La salle était propre, rangé et une atmosphère de sérénité qui donne envie. Dommage qu'ensuite la chambre vétuste avec de nombreux points négatifs n'ayant toujours pas été réglés viennent gâcher un peu le séjour.

Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two.

La direction de la chaine a dû oublier qu’elle a un établissement à Saint-Avold, car l’hôtel n’a pas dû voir un seul investissement depuis des années. L’établissement fait pitié : chambres défraichies, défaut d’entretien, dégradations diverses, etc. La salle de restaurant est à peu près aussi accueillante et chaleureuse qu’un funérarium. La cuisine est mauvaise et mal servie. On est très, très, loin des standards habituels de la chaîne. Quant au personnel, on se demande s’il a été formé ; pas forcément désagréable, mais globalement peu professionnel, relâché et désinvolte dans l’attitude. Mention particulière pour un jeune homme au service dont le comportement dans la relation client est hors les clous. J’en ai fait la désagréable expérience pour avoir osé exprimer (dans des termes corrects, je précise) mon mécontentement sur son service. En résumé : établissement à fuir.

Previous revues said hotel would be refurbished by beginning of this year, this has not happened. Hotel should not be under the Campanile banner.
