Lovely location with all necessary facilities. Restaurant and bar had a good range of offerings. Breakfast was excellent.

Welcoming and friendly staff. I had everything I needed. The shower was a challenge in that it as tricky to work out how to alter the temperature.

Visit was only for one night but we're very impressed with the hotel and it's facilities.
Clean and comfortable room and friendly and efficient staff.
Would definitely visit again if in the area.

i decided to have a few day,s getaway on cumbria,s rugged coast and chose seacote as the rooms had a sea view ,My room was extremely spacious and all facilities were eccelland and the bed very comfortable. But the best part of my stay was the food.Breakfast was very good (my poached eggs perfect which is sometimes hard to do .but my dinners were exceptional . each night i had something different .Pasta ,steak and ale pie, and fish and chips all home made, piping hot. with lots of veg salad and homemade chips .As a chef by profession I was very impressed by the quality of the food particularly in a small place like St. Bees.The staff were very friendly and helpfull , I would highly recommend this hotel to the most discerning guest

Only one night stay for a business meeting and it was a late arrival on Sunday but staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
Room was large and clean and bed comfortable while Wi-Fi was efficient

We booked direct with the hotel and know the area well. We were welcomed at the reception desk by Sue and were immediately given a car parking pass, even though we arrived earlier than the 3pm check in. Our room was ready so we went straight up to 119, using the lift as we had a few bags. The room had the requested sea view, was immaculately clean and had the nicest bathroom. We were really pleasantly surprised at the decor in our room as some areas of the hotel would benefit from a spruce up. This being said, all aspects of our stay were enjoyable. The bar food was plentiful and tasty, breakfast was good (but please, offer decent bread for toast!!) and Sue on reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It’s a perfect place for a seaside break and the local walks are plentiful. Recommended!
