Bel hôtel, personnel aimable et professionnel. Soirée étape dans le cadre d’un séjour professionnel. J’ai retrouvé dans la chambre des billets d’avion utilisés, un chargeur de téléphone branché, et plus gênant un mouchoir usagé dans le lit. La réceptionniste est venue changer les draps à 23h, malheureusement ces derniers n’étaient pas de la bonne taille, trop courts ! Pour tout dédommagement, j’ai eu la place de parking offerte, et un menu surclassé que je n’ai pas accepté. Je suis surtout déçu du manque d’égard dont a fait preuve la direction, qui n’a même pas daigné échanger avec moi au téléphone. Cela est dommage, car l’établissement est beau, et le personnel compétent. Très loin de ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Très bien, bon petit déjeuner. Les enfants ont demandé des peignoir supplémentaires pour eux, nous avons été très heureux surtout les enfants de retrouver les peignoirs sur leur lit après le restaurant avec des friandises. Séjours agréable, rien à dire

Staff great and very helpful. Our initial room on the 3rd floor was small, in the eves with sloping ceiling areas and for us, claustrophobic with its very dark decor and tiny window. They moved us for day 2 to a 2nd floor room which was fine. It's a business hotel we think.
