First of all, the whole place reeked. The hallways and room itself were no exception. The room was very uncomfortable. The blanks were thin and stiff. The pillows weren’t comfy.
There was a coat rack/ shelf right at the edge where the hall ends going into the bedroom portion that are at head height. I got caught in the neck by a hanger and hit my head on the corner of the shelf coming out of the bathroom and left a big bruise.
The “continental” breakfast was a joke. Only had a pancake machine and some stale cereal. The pancake machine would make two silver dollar sized that would take 5 minutes a time. The coffee tasted like used motor oil.

The halls/rooms had unpleasant odor. The water pressure in the shower was next to nill. The toilet was not attached to the floor. Plus, someone tried to come in our room around 6 am! Thank g_d we used the top lock as well otherwise they would have entered! We will NEVER stay there again.

Came back to the room and the towels were not switched out nor the bed cleaned/made. No phone in the room to ask for fresh towels, had to find a housekeeper.
