Hotel advertises breakfast and had coffee, hot cocoa and granola bars. The kitchen area of the room was greasy, dirty and smelly.

Brittany, Ms. Connie, and Melissa are the best very professional and helpful. My stay here has been amazing. I will be checking out soon. This is like family, I wish all hotels were like this. I felt comfortable, safe, loved, and respected here. I will be back soon. This place is a ten across the boards. The service is top tier. I never had to ask for anything here.

Brittany was AWESOME!!!
She was friendly very helpful she had me sold from the moment I came in. She showed me the room it was very clean. She loves her job and it shows. Excellent communication skills. I have never met a sweet person like her. A blessing to anyone who meets her. She is the definition of A1 customer service. I’m coming back again. Wonderful job you deserve a raise.
