The staff are extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is exceptional, varied and well-attended by the staff member. This is really our favorite place to stay on a trip we make routinely.

I asked for an upper floor near the elevator due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was given a room on the bottom floor the farthest away from the lobby. Safety rail going into the hot tub was loose. Cracks were visible around the hot tub and at the base of the rail.

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent. Room cleanliness was lacking, cobwebs in places, dusty, carpet needed vacuumed, shower head was crusty, mattress cover was dirty and looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. AC unit cover was not on properly when we arrived.

This was a nice surprise! The hotel we usually stay in was full, so we chose this as a backup. Definitely would stay again! Breakfast was also a nice selection, rooms were quiet & clean. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub
