Residence Inn is a great facility with great staff. We were especially welcomed by Lorraine! She was very helpful and assisted us with all of our needs.

Lorraine Dallas at the front desk was amazing. When we checked in we told her we were hungry. She recommended the West Texas roadhouse, which was a phenomenal steakhouse in town. We ate their many times throughout the month we stayed. She was always friendly welcoming us back and had great advice on places to see and explore. She also made sure the cleaning schedule worked around my husband's work schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs an extended stay.

Hotel itself was great. Free breakfast. 24 hour gym. Indoor pool. Just a good place to stop overnight if you're traveling through. No "Views" or anything in walking distance to do (besides Buffalo Wild Wings). Definitely clean and convenient though for a quick stay.

The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping around. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Bonus: Pets are welcome. We’ll be back!

Would like if they put in USB ports in the room, did not bring enough plugs to plug in devices. Other than that enjoyed our stay, will be back since our sons lives nearby.
