Vue exceptionnelle sur Lyon comme annoncé sur le site. Belle terrasse. Le Spa agréable et à la hauteur des prestations avec une super vue sur l’extérieur et sur Lyon. Chambre au style moderne … Très bon resto, belle carte. Petit déjeuner varié et produits frais. On recommande cette adresse bien connue des Monts d Or !

Prijs nog steeds 4 sterren (234 voor 1 nacht…), maar kwaliteit & vooral service slechts 2 sterren. Alles zeer rommelig overal (trap wordt gebruikt als opslagruimte…en buitenruimtes zeer slordig). Kamer ok maar geen 4 sterren niveau (badkamer vol vochtige plekken op deur en raam). Personeel niet op 4 sterren niveau. Allemaal zeer jong met weinig passie voor hun beroep. Ontbijt zeer mager (geen verse omelet maar uit pakje opgewarmd…zonder smaak). Kok duidelijk zware nacht gehad en nood aan cigaretje en koffie ipv ontbijt klaar te maken. Geen organisatie…klanten ruimden zelf tafel op om plaats te hebben aan het raam. Keren hier nooit meer terug !!

L’hotel L’Ermitage est situé tout en haut du mont Cindre, le lieu est magnifique, verdoyant, calme, élégant. La vue embrasse toute la ville de Lyon, il y a cette proximité donc et en même temps, un éloignement salvateur qui offre une parenthèse de douceur et de calme. Le jacuzzi domine aussi l’ensemble, quel bonheur ! On s’est réveillé au chant des oiseaux, un luxe remarquable ! Le personnel est très agréable, la literie hyper confortable aussi on conseille vivement.

Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs du Mont Cindre avec une vue magnifique , personnel très agréable et à l’écoute du client , très bonne cuisine ! Par contre la chambre et la salle de bain sont vieillissantes et rudimentaires et ne correspondent absolument pas à un 4 étoiles, pas de mini bar , uniquement un gel douche et un petit savon jeté par la femme de ménage et non renouvellé pour le deuxième jour, carrelage cassé, sèche serviette rouillé. La chambre aurait besoin d’être rénovée et d’améliorer son confort.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à L'Ermitage,calme absolu,vue extraordinaire et un repas succulent!Un grand Bravo au cuisinier et à son équipe aussi efficace que sympathique.Service rapide avec un personnel très aimable,à recommander sans faute!
