The accommodating staff allowed me to park my campervan overnight so I could catch up with a friend who was staying there. The food was fantastic, service excellent and the a**osphere friendly, warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend the place and staff highly enough.

Amazing place to stay. Right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to the cathedral- which is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful. Excellent room, excellent food and excellent staff ……….thanks again Tracy for playing that joke on my best mates !

The hotel is the perfect location and is excellently appointed. Alex was extremely helpful in booking our 2 nights. Tracy is very personable with excellent recommendations of what to see and do in St. Davids. Plus, Alex and Tracy make a super gin spritz with Toca Vida gin. If we're ever in St. Davids again we will stay here again and highly recommend St. Davids Cross Hotel to anyone looking for a superb hotel.

Friendly, centrally located hotel with excellent restaurant. I would normally opt for pubs or restaurants away from a hotel, but the first night specials meal was so good I only went off site for one meal all week. Staff are kind and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely will book again.

Fantastic service & exceptional food. We have just spent the week in St David’s and visited the Cross 3 times. The staff were extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. The food was exceptional and is by far superior to the other pubs in St David’s. 👍

We had a wondeful stay at The Cross Hotel last weekend. Our room was exactly what we expected, very comfortable and clean with a lovely view over the cross. We ate dinner and lunch during our stay and couldn't fault the food. The service was also excellent and we found the staff very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast is amazing and the choice was excellent. Perfect location too, so we could do a bit of shopping and pop back to drop of shopping etc. I would recommend this hotel and rate it 10 out of 10. We will be back ! Thank you. Julie

Lovely hotel right in the square of St David’s Made very welcome by staff, checked that the room would be suitable for us (as husband has poor mobility) Room at front, very clean, good hairdryer, bed comfortable, bottles of water, little extras and tea tray well stocked, with jugs of fresh milk in fridge on landing. Bathroom with shower was compact clean and well stocked with shampoos, shower gels, dental kits etc. car parking on site. Bar area nice with well stocked bar. Breakfast was the best part of our stay. Full Welsh breakfast was ‘lush’ freshly cooked, tasty and filling, other options available as well as selection of cereals, fruits, yogurts and croissants. We have stayed a few times and will definitely be returning. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is well positioned in the center of St.Davids, with the added benefit of on site parking. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and rooms clean and comfortable. Good food selection offered in the hotel, but also well positioned for local pubs providing dining alternatives.
