The hotel service is very good. I was arranged to go to a hotel that I booked separately without having to check out and then check in. However, there are no food options around. It is suitable for family travel.

The hotel is next to the stadium, a certain distance from rer b or line13, about ten minutes away. It is convenient to take a taxi with luggage. The room is large, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave oven, but for Chinese tourists, the coffee machine and microwave oven are not used. The breakfast is relatively rich, and the serving time is also long, from six to ten o'clock. There are all kinds of bread, hot milk, hot water, all kinds of coffee, fruit. Eggs are not available every day.

The people on the front desk where very helpful it was my first time in Paris and they always help me to get directions to the place I want to go. They were kind and friendly. The place is clean and it takes 10 minutes walking to get to the metro.

An abundance of breakfast options at the hotel for free, walkable to the location I needed to go to for work and train station was very close as well.

Location to the stadium was outstanding. The room was clean and spacious The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and added to the enjoyment of the event. Close to the Metro.

Fantastic location for the stadium ( just outside at the gate ) . A number of pubs weee set up outside the hotel and the a**osphere pre and especially post match was at this location . Our room was located at the back of hotel- no noise . Staff were very friendly and the place felt very safe and secure - highly recommended for stade de France events - home for all Irish fans in Oct 2023

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and helped us with our requests and needs. A very good breakfast was available as well.

Not a great location. Hotel is very old and the rooms doesn’t even have the light blocking curtains. breakfast was bad, low quality. But the staff are very good, responsive and accommodating

Our stay was fine, no issues with the hotel or staff. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. However for **********, we were given free transportation in Geneva but not at St Denis. It would've been a help to us if the transit was covered as well.

The structure is good, even the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet. Hotel located in front of the stadium in Paris, seems to be used exclusively by sports-goers. Not recommended for single women, even if the hotel is a 4-star, quite expensive and on the list of AFNOR, which is nearby, which recommends it to International Standardization Experts. The television does not have a satellite that allows viewing of channels in both English and Italian, not even on request.
