เมื่อไปถึงโรงแรมไม่ได้รับการจ่ายเงินจาก trip ใช้เวลาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่นานมาก สุดท้ายรับการจ่ายเงินมาไม่ครบ และ refund เงินคืนได้ในวันถัดไป เสียใจและเสียเวลามากค่ะ ทางโรงแรมไม่ให้การช่วยเหลือในการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เลย แทบไม่ช่วยอะไรเลย reception ไม่มี service mind และทำงานช้า

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel, mais cette fois-ci, il est dommage d’avoir une odeur d’eau usagée dans la salle de bain en arrivant. Cette odeur, c’est un petit peu estompé par la suite mais ça reste désagréable

Emplacement pratique à proximité du métro, j’ai choisi cette hôtel pour un séjour de deux nuits. Les chambres sont petites mais aven le nécessaire pour ce type de séjour. Seuls inconvénients : l’isolation des chambres laisse à désirer car on entend la circulation des voitures la rue et le manque d’eau chaude pour la dernière douche matinale à été très cruel
