When I got to the hotel I didn't receive the payment from the trip. It took a long time to contact the staff. In the end, the payment was not received in full and the money was refunded the next day. I'm sorry and wasted a lot of time. The hotel does not provide any assistance in contacting officials. Hardly any help, reception has no service mind and works slowly.

Convenient location close to the metro, I chose this hotel for a two-night stay. The rooms are small but have everything you need for this type of stay. Only drawbacks: the insulation of the rooms leaves something to be desired because you can hear the traffic of cars in the street and the lack of hot water for the last morning shower was very cruel
