Our room was in the ba*****t with a view of the land!!! You could make out a semblance of a swimming pool and the sea in the distance!
I found a clump of hair stuck to the shower tile!
Other than that the bedding is good...
However, the breakfast is not up to par.
Scrambled eggs are not good. We also ordered an omelet (more than 15 minutes of waiting)
Restocking is not done regularly. There was no more cheese, no more orange juice! No fruit yogurts, only plain! It's a bit expensive, 18€/person.
I will not return to this hotel..

Je suis venu 3 jours pour le travail et je reviendrai en famille l emplacement est idéal avec une vue exceptionnelle ! Ne pas rater le jeudi soir à 18h30 un happy hour avec tarte flambée … et musicien grosse ambiance ! La piscine se prolonge sur la vue mer. Chambre très silencieuse et Clim irréprochable. Mes enfants apprécieront le tri sélectif de la chambre et je me suis régalé au kaloupile avec une jolie carte de vin servi à température …jolie discussion avec le barman qui a lu non pas dans mes pensées mais sur mes lèvres ! Petit déjeuner avec confiture maison et prudence sur le piment ….je recommande l hôtel !

Fin de séjour à la Réunion dans cet hôtel qu'on avait choisi proche de l'aéroport. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, déception quant à la qualité générale de l'hôtel. En chambre, peinture vieillissante, décoration sommaire, porte fenêtre cassée, rideau en partie arraché (réparé rapidement par un technicien), la climatisation fatiguée qui arrivait péniblement à mettre correctement la chambre en température. Dans les couloirs, la moitié des LED sur les numéros de chambre ne fonctionne pas. Il semblerait que le service technique soit aussi parti en vacances. Dommage car l'infrastructure est imposante avec beaucoup de potentiel, le personnel est compétent et serviable. Une très bonne note pour la piscine qui est vraiment grande et bien entretenue. En soirée nous avons très mangé au restaurant, la nourriture y était bonne et le personnel sympatique.

Excellent hotel with a nice view on Saint-Denis. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast can improve but still remains okay. The staffs were very helpful. It will be in my top list for my next trip to La Reunion for sure. Highly Recommended.

Recht große Hotelanlage oberhalb der Innenstadt, etwas wenige Parkplätze für die Anzahl der Zimmer, unser Zimmer hatte offensichtlich einen Wasserschaden und hat daher sehr stark gerochen, auf Anfrage wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

L'hôtel en général est tres bien.
Seulement les services du bar sont à revoir.
Nous sommes restés 15 minutes à attendre un barman qui est passé 5 fois à la table voisine sans nous voir.
On a dû aller faire nôtre commande au bar nous mêmes.
