A charming small chateau in a convenient location for an overnight stay. Its not pristine and is looking a little faded, but that is a positive feature. Its not just another standard boring place to stay, it oozes character and the owners are simply wonderful. The welcomed us with genuine affection, and were very kind to our grandchildren who loved the pool. The beds were comffortable and the breakfast was excellent. The star of our stay was however Oslo, the family Golden Retriever! Merci beaucoup, We loved it!

Arrivé en milieu d'après-midi avec mes 2 garçons de 16 et 19 ans, nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine, du billard français, du parc et de l'accueil de nos hôtes et de leurs chiens. Le petit-déjeuner était un régal et nosu avons regretté de n'y passer qu'une nuit.

Je recommande cette chambre d’hôte. Endroit calme, reposant, avec piscine, terrain de tennis, table de ping pong, jeux extérieurs pour les enfants, tout cela dans un parc entretenu avec amour par le propriétaire. A l’intérieur, deux salons à disposition des visiteurs. A l’intérieur, des chambres gigantesques décorées comme autrefois. Si vous jouez du piano, vous pourrez profiter du trésor situé dans une pièce majestueuse. La propriétaire est très disponible pour vous donner des conseils pour votre séjour. Sans oublier ses succulents dejeuners salés ou sucrés.

This is a simply wonderful escape. It is a beautiful old house with superb atmosphere and lovely classical decoration. The 3 upstairs old style rooms are huge with views over the river Marne. Tennis court and swimming pool and great. Big grounds in which to picnic. And… there is the best French supermarket walking distance for simply everything. The hostess is so kind, great breakfast included. And all 3.5 hours from Calais so great for stop on way down or way back if your are English. Highly recommended

We had a very comfortable overnight stop in this lovely guest house. It is an old country house, with appropriately creaky floorboards, and well decorated in a very French style - pinks, swirls and antique furniture, so right up our street! The room was cosy and clean with a lovely view over the garden. The breakfast was of ham and cheese with eggs done the way you like, croissants and various home made jams. We were made to feel very much at home.

Een prachtige locatie, een schitterend oud chateau met dito oude kamers in stijl maar erg comfortabel. Gastheer Francis en gastvrouw Pascale doen hun uiterste best en verwennen je helemaal. Een echte aanrader.
