We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the quality of the renovation. The rooms are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are quiet, located away from the street, and some even have a small terrace, which is a real plus. The hotel owner is also very hospitable and makes guests feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Absolutely new hotel on the rear buildings and completely renovated to new on the historic/central part. Rooms of quality service and very well soundproofed. Access to a swimming pool with sauna possible only from the 2nd level of possible rooms otherwise a cost of 20 euros per person will be asked, which is a shame is that this is not specified anywhere on the best western website.... Swimming pool heated interior with a sublime setting.

This is the hotel Pauillac has needed for a long time! The rooms are fresh and new. Clean, comfortable and have all the amenities. The restaurant is fabulous and some of the best meals I had on my trip. Can't wait to return in the summer.

Very fresh, clean and fully renovated with nice rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Back yard is very nice. Breakfast is quid good with freshly baked breads and pastry’s. In a very good location. A la Cart menu looks nice but we didn’t have the time to enjoy it. Fully recommend
