Lit fait sol dégoûtant même pas un coup de balai passée et je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain Une honte. Le sol vaut encore des traces de pas. Poubelle non vidée Un expérience catastrophique, mais seul dispo dans l’urgence. Mon enfant de 5 ans était épuisé par la route et il était tard nous pensions passé une nuit reposante avant de reprendre la route.

Parking labyrinthe peu pratique. Accueil avec TPE en panne, nécessitant retrait d’argent liquide (pas de chèque accepté, ni CB le lendemain matin…) La clientèle pro qui réserve, s’identifie et paye par internet ne semble pas présenter de garanties suffisantes…je dois faire 500m a pieds avec 2 valises et un ordinateur sous le bras pour retirer 9,85€ !!! Parking payant non mentionné à l’avance ! Insonorisation à revoir, literie (c’est pas l’extase…), en revanche, assez propre et prix assez contenu pour le petit déjeuner.

Idéalement situé en face de la gare St Etienne Chateaucreux, l'hôte est moderne et confortable. Le top de l'hôtellerie économique, confortable et design. Vaut très largement un Ibis classique. Un plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre pour faire un thé ou un café serait un plus.

Une des meilleures prestations au nombre des IBIS fréquentés ces dernières années. L'emplacement est parfait; le bâtiment, qui abrite l'hôtel et aussi un NOVOTEL, est récent dans un quartier contemporain; l'équipement de la chambre, certes standard, est convenable; la propreté des lieux est remarquable; le petit-déjeuner buffet est bien achalandé. Je n'ai payé que 79,69 € + taxe de séjour de 0,85 €.
