Accueil et personnel sympathique et aidant. Chambre très petite mais sans doute erreur de choix lorsque je l'ai retenue, isolation phonique médiocre et voisins un bruyants, siège toilettes en mauvais état. Emplacement pratique pour moi mais très très peu de restauration autre que rapide à proximité. Je reviendrai parce qu'il est très bien situé pour moi mais je retiendrais une bien plus grande chambre.

Tout est parfait, rien à signaler peut être informer les usagers du parking , que la hauteur de la porte à bascule ne permet pas de pénétrer avec une voiture ayant un coffre de toit. si possible prévoir une 2nd prise de chargement électrique plus puissante.

Etape très reposante, hôtel bien situé, facile d'accès et proche du centre-ville de Saint-Étienne. Petit déjeuner copieux et produits bien frais, les croissants sont bien croustillants et au beurre, ce qui est rare !
