The resort has a beautiful location and is maintained at the highest level. The service is exceptional from the valet to the front desk, the restaurants, butlers and cleaning staff. The food is also very good with a Brad range of choices. I had a medical issue while on the island (not related to my hotel stay) and the care and concern from management and staff alike was extraordinary and a credit to the St. Regis brand.

Overall a lovely stay at the St Regis. This was our first visit staying in St George. I love the evening sabrage (daily sabering of a bottle of champagne) and the location is so gorgeous with the pristine private beach. Location is great because I love the quick access to gorgeous and historical st George. Nelson and Corey are wonderful butlers - I think they can train up a few of the others. But overall I thought the service was warm and friendly especially to our crazy children. I also am a HUGE fan of any hotel that has a dedicated kids club - we were able to take advantage many times. Very close to Tabaco Bay - another hidden gem. Concierge was able to get us reservations at all the restaurants we wanted to visit. Already planning my next visit

Amazing location with a beautiful private beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the town of St. Georges. Taxi is hard to come by unless you call ahead. Pool service is great. Check-in was fast and they accommodated even if check in wasn’t until 4pm. The butler and housekeeping services are lacking by .. a lot!!! They really need to train the employees better. I called the butler numerous times for my laundry, but had to wait an hour. The next day I still had not received my laundry and had to call numerous times again. The room wasn’t cleaned. We had to request for them to clean our room numerous times during our visit. I’d recommend this hotel, but they really to improve the housekeeping and butler service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the brunch was amazing. The service we had at the bar was top notch, Rags is THE BEST bartender I’ve ever seen, so personable so sweet! He’s drink choices were out of this world! Absolutely recommend the strawberry spritz!

I visited this prestigious hotel and golf resort as part of a golfing event. The golf course and hotel are in an amazing location, and make the optimum of the stunning scenery. The hotel is beautifully designed, using contemporary colours and contours. Staff are extremely welcoming and eager to please. The powder soft sands invite you into the turquoise waters that have a gentle slope, perfect for bathing. The hotel oozes style and rooms are cleverly designed, making the most of space and views. The golf course has great greens and picturesque holes.

This hotel has a gross cockroach and ant infestation problem. It is far from most attractions, restaurants, boat rides, and tours. The beach is very small and not one to relax on. You will wait 30 min for a taxi. The management staff are liars and the service is abysmal. They will charge you different prices than they say upfront and tell you “it’s not their problem, it’s what the computer put in, we see you reserved lower rates but you will need to call corporate”. The GM Leslie needs to be out of the service industry forever. Description of what happened to us below: We were horrified to discover cockroaches running around our room and an ant infestation all over the bathroom. Since we had cockroaches and an ant infestation for our first 2 nights, we felt we were owed a 2 night discount. At first we spoke to the manager, Anula (I believe her name was), who barely apologized for what happened and said she would go discuss and get back to us about what she can do. She eventually came back and said she could either offer 1 night off or a suite upgrade with 1 king bed and rollaway bed as we are 4 guests. If we chose the 1 night refund, she would also move us to the only other “similar” room they had available. We said we were not paying this price for roaches, an ant infestation with hundreds of ants, or rollaway beds, and this would not be an acceptable option. She said there was nothing else she could offer. After back and forth I asked multiple times to speak to the general manager as she was unhelpful and rude, to which she rudely stated “he won’t do anything else for you!” but retrieved him anyways. We also asked her to move us to the similar room as soon as possible as we wanted to get away from the bugs ASAP. She said it would take minimum 3-4 hours. Once Leslie came he started with the same offer, but as I told him how unacceptable the conditions of our stay had been, he said he would see what he could do and find us within the hour. 5 hours later, I came to the front desk to find him as he never had returned. He said he could offer us an additional 200 dollar credit along with the one night refund. I said this wasn’t acceptable, while nothing would make up for the experience of having a cockroach, ant infestation (ants were climbing all over and inside our suitcases) in our room, the least he could do is ensure we didn’t pay for the nights we endured under those conditions. He said he would not refund the second night. At this point we had seen the new room they gave us and it was smaller than the room we had originally paid for. It also didn’t have a door at all to the bathroom, so the entire room was open leaving no privacy, which we needed with 4 people in the room. We said this room was not what we paid for and not suitable. He said “they didn’t tell you the room would be smaller and no door?!?” We replied, no, the only thing they told us is that it wouldn’t have a bathtub (which we were originally happy about as the ant infestatio

The island is beautiful, this hotel is horrible. You will pay the St. Regis price but will barely get the Marriott experience, it is absurd. I came here with my family for 4 nights, it was the worst experience at a luxury resort. I travel often and i don’t mind paying a premium for service, hospitality and convenience..this St Regis provides NONE of the above yet charges for it. First of all, this hotel is at the remote end of the island, it’s very limited on what you can do (offers no water sports, no spa, 1 restaurant) and the staff are NOT helpful to arrange travel/ book excursions for you. They don’t even care to get a taxi for you in a timely fashion. Nothing in life is perfect but with a $1000 nightly price tag needs to comes with a commitment to deliver excellence. It’s not about the money but I’ve never felt so ripped off. It was inconvenient and constant frustration dealing with the staff.. i ended up arranging everything myself. When we arrived, we waited almost an hour to check-in and had the worst experience at lunch shortly after. Our waiter ripped up our signed check in front of us and scolded us for circling the service charge, i was beyond baffled. The staff are not trained, not passionate, incompetent and not problem solvers (the only person helpful was the food and beverage manager- Naveem). First of all, this hotel is at the remote end of the island, its not convenient to get anywhere and the staff does nothing to even ensure a taxi. We’d call the conceirge to arrange for a car 30 minutes before departure, we’d get downstairs, there is no taxi. There are two doormen, 1 is nelson (not helpful), other is chris (who is empathetic and helpful). Either way you will wait another 20 minutes for them to get a taxi. They do not take any accountability for the mishaps, the manager would blame the taxi driver (Brandon, who claims he’s visiting from Miami’s hotel and is obvious that he wants nothing to do with this hotel). After getting to know the drivers, we learn that the hotel has a bad relationship with the drivers and they don’t like to go there for pickups. Your best bet is to get a driver’s phone # and arrange transport yourself, if you depend on the conceirge or hotel, you will be stranded. Do not depend on the concierge recommendation for food/ water sports/booking: Just want to reiterate, the conceirge is incompetent. They are untrained and not passionate about their jobs. They forgot to make reservations for us and when they finally did, they made it for the wrong date!!! They continuously recommend 2 mediocre pubs for dinner to all the guests (wahoo and white horse- we walked out of one immediately because it was so bad). We learned from our taxi driver that there are so many beautiful restaurants on island, we went to them thanks to our driver (ie: loran pink sand beach club, rustico are delicious ). The hotels food is mediocre and very misleading, they claim to have 2 restaurants but there is only 1, they change th
