Hôtel Mercure Paris Ouest Saint-Germain

Cet hôtel réservé un peu au hasard et par commodité a été un vrai coup de cœur pour toute la famille. En effet même si la façade peut dérouter par son aspect un peu vieillot l'intérieur a été refait avec soin. Les espaces sont bien décorés dans une ambiance cocooning. Les chambres sont spacieuses très calmes et pour les beaux jours il y a un beau jardin terrasse. L'hôtel est en bordure de forêt le stationnement gratuit, facile et vous n'êtes pas loin du tout du centre de St Germain. Je garde le meilleur pour la fin tous les employés sont d'une extrême gentillesse que ce soit l'accueil le bar restaurant ou la personne qui sert les petits déjeuners nous n'avons eu que des gens souriants très arrangeants qui ont prennent à cœur leur travail, un grand merci à eux. Nous ne manquerons donc pas de revenir dans cet hôtel si l'occasion se présente.

Aufgrund des Airport-Streiks wurden alle Flüge gestrichen. Hotel informiert, dass wir erst 1 Tag später anreisen. Das Hotel hat daher nur 3 Nächte berechnet, jedoch 121,50 € Umbuchungsgebühr berechnet. Der Betrag wurde meinerseits im Hotel beglichen. Somit steht die Rücküberweisung der stornierten Nacht seitens ******* noch aus.

A beautiful hotel, a very nice room, very welcoming staff. A good restaurant on site. Good standard hotel, very clean and very comfortable room, well located hotel. Perfect for visiting this pretty city for a weekend!

Having a mobility problem (injured right leg), the absence of a broken elevator during my entire stay bothered me a lot... Moreover, subjectively, I found it a shame that no one on the staff was able to provide information on the festive activities in town... It was as if they were completely disconnected from the city...

Very poor value for money. Little interest...same for the exteriors and the parking lot..

The location is great For the rest and well 😩🥴😱 A bed as hard as wood never seen that in a.mercury No heating in the room when we arrived a shame given the cold outside..... No heating in the room bathroom on the wall all moldy .... So no shower in the morning too cold 🙃 Decent breakfast despite the blasé welcome from the person who was present at the other end of the bar and who barks at you to ask you for the n" from your room, all this without moving... To our request to have natural yogurts the response was if there are more, I don't know.... No more fresh madeleines at 8:50 a.m. and no refilling. .... While the room was filling 🥴 No jam.... Lemons and clementines rotten and moldy in the basket... And the tourist tax is over 7€50 per person, it's a shame 😡😡 😡😡 For a so-called 4* we are walking on the head, this hotel is not worth more than 2 stars. This is the first time that I have seen a hotel with no heating and no heating in the bathroom with a very large window where the air passed all around 😫. We asked for a commercial gesture which was given to us 40€ Thank you

We had a very good stay. The breakfast was good and of good quality, the staff friendly and efficient We recommend.
