Nous avons séjourné en août 2022 en famille avec notre chien. La résidence est calme et idéalement placée dans St Gervais 10min du centre ville par le pont ou de manière plus sportive par le barrage . Nous logions au pied des télécabines mais le bruit n’est pas dérangeant en été. Parking gratuit et garage ( accès à la place compliqué)pour l’appartement loué. L’appartement est bien équipé et les pièces de taille correctes, la literie est bonne. Les 2 balcons sont appréciables. Les couloirs sont très propres et sentent bons. Il y a un salon commun au rez-de-chaussée. La piscine est très appréciable avec vue sur le mont Blanc.

Très belle résidence calme et vue sur la montagne … à deux pas du centre ville à pied par le ruisseau et au pied du télécabine. Piscine sympa et jardin bien entretenu. Privilégier les étages pour la vue. C’est une résidence calme. Propre et calme et appartements bien conçus
