We had a wonderful stay, staff all very friendly (reception and bar) and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for the two of us on a short snow trip. Spa lovely too - but make sure you book to use it.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as felt it was expensive so can’t comment on food but as a room only stay it was fantastic.

Room was tiny. Spa was a little disappointing. But the biggest issue is we were served breakfast each day of our stay but not told we would be charged 42 euros per day for it until we were checking out and the hotel refused to budge on the additional expense even though we were never made aware ther breakfast was not included / an additional quite high fee. Very cheap and underhanded move by a supposed four star hotel.

L'albergo è anche confortevole ma il trattamento riservato dal personale è stato pessimo e connotato da una velata ma chiara discriminazione verso gli italiani. In particolare, la reception si è sostanzialmente rifiutata da prenotarci un taxi e hanno preteso in sede di check out il pagamento della colazione a un prezzo stratosferico senza dare alcun avviso in sede di check in. Più in generale, abbiamo avuto la costante sensazione di non essere ben voluti. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.

Très bel hôtel bien placé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Le petit-déjeuner est magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal n'hésitez pas 👍 et pour la voiture l'hôtel a son propre parking en sous sol.

L'hôtel est très bien situé ,permettant d'aller à pieds au centre de Saint Gervais. C'est un très joli hôtel ,avec une de décoration raffinée et harmonieuse. Notre chambre était spacieuse, la literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien et très bon, avec un large choix. Le personnel était accueillant , sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons dîné deux soirs au restaurant de l'hôtel; la cuisine était très bonne ,avec des produits de qualité. Je me permettrai cependant d apporter qq petits bémols : *pas de parking (sauf payant 10€/ jour) car le parking public est complet (parking du TMB) à l heure du check-in vers15 /16h... * manque de rangements dans les chambres, avec aucune porte pour la penderie...les vêtements sont laissés à la vue de tt personne venant dans la chambre et peu de place pour poser les affaires de toilette(une tablette sous lavabo peut être?) . * l'espace spa trop petit pour le nombre de chambres et donc de résidents susceptibles de l utiliser.Nous n'avons pu l utiliser le dernier soir, plus de serviettes, et plus de places autour de la piscine ou dans le jacuzzi. Malgré ces points soulevés, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et je recommande cet hôtel,

Excellent hôtel que nous recommandons. Un calme total grâce à une parfaite insonorisation , une literie de grande qualité, et une vue à couper le souffle sur les aiguilles de Waran depuis le balcon. Le personnel est prévenant, souriant et à l'écoute du client pour réparer le moindre pépin. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et varié, mais j'aurais aimé quelques changements dans les produits salés et les fruits pendant la semaine que nous avons passé à l'hôtel. C'est un détail qui n'enlève rien au plaisir du séjour.
