Degli amici ci regalano una smartbox che offre "Magici soggiorni di due notti con colazione impreziositi da deliziose cene gourmet da condividere con una persona speciale in hotel 3 o 4 stelle accuratamente selezionati." Decidiamo quindi di aggiungere una tappa a Saint-Gilles ad un viaggio in Provenza da fare in Settembre. Per un problema occorsoci durante il viaggio, arriviamo a Saint-Gilles con un giorno di ritardo, potendo così sfruttare solo una notte e una sola delle cene (tre portate escluse la bevande)" Al momento del check-out il concierge ci presenta un conto dal quale risulta che per la cena che abbiamo consumato non ci sono addebitate solo le bevande, ma anche la differenza rispetto al "menu smartbox", che era il solo al quale avevamo diritto; alle mie rimostranze il concierge afferma sorridendo che avremmo dovuto avvisare il cameriere che la nostra "cena gourmet" doveva essere quella prevista dalla offerta smartbox (pari ad un valore di 19,90 euro a persona [!]): di questo ovviamente non siamo stati affatto informati al momento del check-in, nè al momento di sederci a tavola. A questo punto, vista l'inutilità delle mie proteste, faccio presente che a causa del nostro ritardo nell'arrivo abbiamo consumato solo una delle due cene comprese nella smartbox, che di conseguenza al conto si sarebbe dovuto sottrarre almeno l'importo della seconda cena non consumata, e che questo avrebbe compensato completamente la differenza da versare Solo dopo le mie insistenze, il concierge si decide a telefonare al manager, e chiusa la telefonata ricalcola il conto. Stavolta, però, il valore della "cena gourmet smartbox" utilizzato per il calcolo scende a 15 euro, per cui comunque devo versare una differenza; a nulla valgono le mie proteste ("... avevo sbagliato nel conteggio precedente...") e alla fine ho deciso di pagare per evitare di rovinarmi ulteriormente la vacanza. Mi è rimasta la curiosità di come potesse impreziosire il mio soggiorno una "cena gourmet" di tre portate del valore complessivo di 15 euro...

Très bon établissement, 2 -ème séjour d'une petite semaine et toujours très satisfait. L'accueil est parfait et j'apprécie le souci du service: Propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains; literie propre et lit fait chaque jour. Linge de toilette changé chaque jour. Je recommande!

Stanza pulita, personale gentile, accogliente. Colazione a buffet, varietà di scelta. Il ristorante dell' hotel propone cucina locale: molto buono, nel menù carne e pesce, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We took a last minute 2-day trip to St. Gilles on a holiday weekend. The lodging was very comfortable and very reasonably priced, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had an elevator. We didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant, but it looked pleasant. Only downside was fish smell in the lobby from the dining room.

Hôtel restaurant très sympathique! L’accueil est super, le réceptionniste saura vous conseillez les lieux et choses à faire avec plaisir ! La carte du restaurant est alléchante, copieuse et un régal ! Les chambres sont bien mais peu spacieuses.

Hotel in se non male, camera spaziosa e comfort basilari presenti. Letto una piazza e mezza non matrimoniale e mooolto scomodo, purtroppo! Unica pecca, oltre al letto le porte delle altre camere da letto ogni volta che venivano chiuse tremava persino il letto, si sente tutto!! Ristorante molto buono!!

Accueil très sympathique et aux petits soins. A l'occasion d'un mariage, nous avons pris une chambre supérieure pour une nuit le samedi. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec un grand lit étant 2 grands gabarits. La demande a été prise en compte. La chambre n'était pas super grande mais malgré tout agréable. Rénovée, avec une petite salle de bains (douche à l'italienne), mais fonctionnelle. L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très propre. Parking gratuit à 50 mètres de l'hôtel. Nous sommes rentrés tard dans la nuit, aucun problème avec le système de carte. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Déçus par la chambre a l annexe de l hotel tres mal isolee et quelque peu etroite de plus mauvaise odeur. Pour aller prendre petit dejeuner il faut faire pres de 500 metres pour aller au batiment central. Ce n est pas du tout pratique il faut traverser la rue principale tres frequentee. C est dommage nous avions deja couche deux fois dans cet hotel et nous avions beaucoup aime. Cette annexe deprecie l hotel . Quant au petit dejeuner le buffet le dimanche tres copieux mais le lundi pas de reassortiment pas de croissant et du pain tout mou.
