Hôtel à éviter une chambre sale un matelas au sol de couleur grise par la saleté !! Une baignoire ou bien je ne me suis pas laver une horreur de saletés !! Les toilettes je n en parle pas à vomir !! Et en plus de ça pas question de masque pour ce protéger du covid par les soit disants employés !! En plus sur leurs sites soit disant 54€ et il nous ont demandé 70 € Je n ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale !! Comment ce fait il qu il n’y ai aucun contrôle sanitaire ???!!! Attention n y mettre pas les pieds Caro

Problème de réservation. Avec le site. Donc arrivé devant l hôtel en famille avec un bébé, il n y avait pas de chambre réservée. On a dû aller ailleurs. Système de chat très lent avec le site hôtel. J ai signalé le problème. Discussion entamée puis plus rien... Pas de mails... Bref je doute que je prendrai encore des résa avec hôtels.com

I booked this hotel due to an interruption in my travel plans, which left me stranded in Brussels. The room was old and in a very poor shape, with what appeared as cigarette burns on much of the furniture. The bed was old and uncomfortable. It was a hot night and the cheap ventilator did little to ease the heat. I have later contacted the hotel through **********, in order to get a receipt for my payment, but my emails have gone unanswered. Phone calls are directed to an answering machine that won't record messages. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Probabilmente il peggior “albergo” in cui sia mai stato. Spacciato per un 3 stelle dal tour operator è un 2 stelle. Vecchio sporco e mal ridotto. La stella per la cordialità del personale. La quadrupla dei nostri amici sembrava in prima battuta accettabile e quindi, in attesa che fosse pronta la nostra decidiamo di rimanere visto che si trattava di una sola notte. I nostri amici scopriranno poi sorprese in fondo e sotto il letto. Quando in serata torniamo e prendiamo possesso della nostra troviamo una stanza sporca e puzzolente. Abbia spalancato le finestre (probabilmente mai pulite da quando sono state montate ) per arieggiare e abbiamo goduto di una bella e tranquilla vista sui binari della ferrovia. Il bagno gridava vendetta. Controsoffitto nero di muffa, tenda della doccia nera. Da evitare assolutamente.

1 night. You could call it charming or old. We called it a charming small city hotel room with antique furnuture. Thats ok what was NOT ok was the bed bug. Alive.We took a picture and took a photo. It was on the bed. In the morning. So we checked the bed sheets. Under it lots of human hairs on the matras protector. Under that an old dirty mattrass. That is not ok at all!! Old fashioned, ok. Such poor hygiene; totally not ok. Buy new matrasses and clean both sheets every guest. So we left, no one early morning at reception so we send email, no response..
