幾點好的：房間乾淨，床很舒服，自費加的早餐很好，靠近火車站位置方便
很多點不好的：
1. 非常吵！每天晚上都能沉浸式聽到樓下的人喝酒聊天拍桌子到晚上十二點！！靠近街道這邊也是車來車往很吵，酒店沒有客人為什麼不能給我們高一點安靜一點的房間，晚上帶了耳塞還是一直被吵醒
2. 員工基本沒有見到，每次路過前台的時候員工都不在。入住的時候也沒跟我們説早餐在哪是幾點。
3. 第一晚直接跟酒店訂的，第二晚攜程，入住的時候小哥説兩晚房型不一樣，但是他們第二天沒有別的客人入住應該可以給我們就留在第一晚的房間裏。結果第二天我們去確認的時候他們一開始也説應該可以繼續住今天的房間結果讓我們等了十幾分鍾後説要付20英鎊才能繼續住之前的房間
4. 酒店沒有浴缸，價格是四五星酒店的，性價比比較低
總之感覺酒店更在乎經營他們的餐廳和酒吧，對客房採取放棄政策

We were upgraded to a fantastic room.It was huge!! v comfortable clean. Nice touches. Staff at the restaurant/bar were v approachable... nothing was too much trouble with rapid service for drinks/food even at busy times. Breakfast was a good selection and very tasty.

Expensive for what it is & road noise in the room at the front very bad. Its located on a main road, rooms at rhe front are plagued by traffic noise all night long in addition to rhe church bells every hour. Hard working staff on arrival & during the evening. Breakfast service was slow. I stay away alot & while it was nice overall (if you ignore the noise) too much for me as they are (nice) rooms above a pub style 'hotel'

I attended my brothers grand daughters christening on Sunday 28th April 2024 after I stayed for one night at the kirkfield Hotel this was my first stay in a hotel I was treated with curtesy and respect nothing was any trouble. The room was supposed to be a single but I suspect it was a double very spacious and had every convenience very nice bathroom attached to room no roaming a round came with full English breakfast. 5 stars recommended

We stayed at the Kirkfield with 3 other couples, visiting friends in Newton Le Willows. We have stayed a few times before and always enjoy it. Rooms are immaculate, staff are efficient and friendly and food (we had dinner and breakfast) was lovely. Thanks to all and see you again soon.

Needed an overnight stay and this fitted the bill, received a warm welcome on check in, a small room but adequate for our needs, we had Sunday lunch in their restaurant which was good albeit noisy as there were two large parties in. My husband’s traditional roast beef with all the trimmings was very good and my steak and ale pie was excellent, no room for desserts. A member of staff lit the fire for us in the lounge area where we could relax and finish our wine.

The rooms are very comfortable and well supplied. The bar is very popular and rooms above the bar are very noisy, however after dinner the bar emptied and there was no noise at all after 10. The restaurant is excellent, really good food and an interesting selection. Excellent breakfasts too. It is well located within walking distance of the railway station.

We chose the Kirkfield as a quick overnight stop on the way up to Scotland and were very glad we did! Very welcoming, immaculately clean rooms, lovely friendly staff and lovely food. When we arrived there was a live music act which added to the entertainment value for the night.

We had a lovely overnight stay at The Kirkfield. Our room was very clean and cosy. The bed was super comfy and we both had an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfast offering was good and fabulous value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely make The Kirkfield our stop of choice when we visit again. Thank you!
