We recently flew from Scotland to attend our friend's birthday party which was being held here. From the 1st moment of our arrival to the final farewell, it was wonderful. Nelson on reception is a lovely man with a beautiful smile. His warmth seemed very genuine. The room was large and tasgefully decorated. We both slept well . Breakfast outstanding. The range of food was impressive and the quality of the items was excellent. Every single member of staff that we came in contact with greeted us, wished us a nice stay or a safe journey home. We would love to stay again and we highly recommend this lovely hotel.

I had a great stay, the rooms are always kept clean, breakfast and dinner is superb. Very warm and friendly faces. Philllister is so kind and she makes sure all our needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall, my stay here was fantastic.

Philister, the receptionist has been very professional since day one and I have now been here 2 weeks nearly. Philister remembered my name, room number and noticed days where my shift may of changed, asked how my day was. Philister makes it very welcoming can't praise her enough.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. Efficient, friendly staff. Generous portions of high quality food. Only drawback was that I had to have my evening meals earlier than I would have chosen, due to several large groups having booked the later 'slots' on three occasions.

I stayed in an upgraded room, which was large, well appointed and with a sitting area. There was a lovely walk in shower, a fan , ironing board and iron. The staff were very hard working, nothing was too much trouble and they were very pleasant. The food was excellent and plentiful. All in all, a very pleasant trip. The weather could have been better!

Accueil et personnel au top! Tres bel hotel. Belle salle de restaurant cosy. Parking très pratique et bienvenu a St Hellier Chambre familiale magnifique. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes à cause de la circulation matinale. Bin rapport qualité / prix pour la formule 1/2 pension.

Stayed for 2 nights bed & breakfast room with patio. Very clean room/staff excellent slight downside was if you wanted anything extra at breakfast e.g poached eggs took a while.
