Premier Inn Jersey St Helier (Charing Cross)

We stayed on the top floor in a standard room in May. Very quiet and with a view of the quiet street below. This hotel is situated over the CO-OP food store which is very convenient if you need snacks and drinks for your day out. Very good position only 10 minute walk from the bus station. You just need to keep an eye on the food and drink prices in the restaurant as the prices on the drinks menu are lower than what is charged and the meal deal cost advertised on cards in the bedrooms was also less than the current charge. Other than this everything was fine for us and we would happily return.

Fantastic location, right in the centre, we had a premier plus room on floor four, stayed three nights, would definitely say again and breakfast was great. Plenty of options, 5-10 minutes walk from bus station. You can catch the bus every 15 minutes or so,

Room 302 bathroom in poor condition and bedroom had multiple stains on curtains and carpet. Booked a twin and got a double bed. The bed had no support and gave in places. Informed the staff but no one followed up as promised.

Had a great stay, hotel is in a perfect, quiet location. Room was immaculate as was bedding and bathroom.

A very good hotel in a great location. Only drawback is the fact that a twin room is a double bed and a child’s bed. A pain for 2 adults that want a bed each, as in a twin room. I had the child’s bed. Not great!

I stayed here regularly in the early days when it first opened but hadn’t been for a couple of years. I was seriously in two minds as to book having read the comments on here but was delighted and reassured to discover that it is as warm, friendly and quiet as before. Great check in with really friendly and helpful staff, lovely room and everything you would expect from a Premier Inn with the added bonus of a lovely bath tub! Everything clean and high quality. Highly recommend, so glad I returned!

Had no expectations from a Premier Inn, but it turned out to be a great choice. Quiet rooms, lovely staff, food was really good. Very close to Sand Street carpark, which is very cheap, and a great location in St Helier. Definitely recommended, and would stay again. Much better than Premier Inns on the UK mainland.

I can not rate your team enough. They have made me genuinely feel like a home from home. Lorenzo, Harry, Damaris,Sarah, and Richard have been absolutely amazing. I have stayed for four nights and have been greeted in the morning with "Morning Mary,how are you, did you sleep ok?" Amazing! I have arrived back after work with "glass of wine? Don't tell me, I know" comments. The food was fantastic, and Damaris knows how to make a really good pizza amongst other foods! I can not thank you, team, for all their effortlessly hard work they have put in to make me feel so welcome. Congratulations on hiring some amazing people, and I look forward to my return in a couple of months.
